Please contact us for an appointment at least one week before you would like to see the doctor. Have your current medical insurance information available at that time so our insurance specialist can help to determine what you must provide to prior to the office visit.
Please plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled time of your appointment in order to complete the required new patient orientation.
Appointments are scheduled in advance and maintained to respect the time of other patients. We attempt to schedule appointments in a manner that allows for the convenience of both our patients and our staff. Every effort will be made on our part to accommodate your scheduled time; however, promptness regarding your appointment is greatly appreciated.
No charge will be made for rescheduling your appointment. In order to accommodate this policy, we request that 48 hours notice is given for canceled appointments so that the time reserved for you may be made available for other patients. If you have a personal emergency, please let us know as soon as possible.
For laser and hair appointments, we require a 48-hour notice of cancellation. The scheduled time for these procedures has been held open for you and also requires us to have a technician standing by ready to serve you. If full notice of cancellation is not provided, we will retain your $50.00 deposit. If no notice of cancellation is provided, we will bill you for the number of services reserved. Because of the 48-hour appointment cancellation requirement, a credit card is required when scheduling services, even if payment will be made in cash, check, or by gift certificate.
If you are late for your appointment time, your treatment will be shortened so we finish on time for the next patient. The fee for the treatment will remain the same.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist.
We accept checks, cash or all major credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
